Pearls used in marble & granite quarrying

In the last few years to protect the environment and improve yields, quarries are shifting over to using beads/ pearls and wires to cut both marble and granite. Here again we offer products to meet different requirements.

Range includes cutting saws from 200 mm (8’’) to larger sizes upto 3500 mm (140’’) & Diamond Segments in various sizes, shapes & for different coolants like water, kerosene etc.

Segments for Kerosene Coolant:

Use of Kerosene as coolant to cut colored granites including Ilkal red and similar materials is unique to the Indian market. It (kerosene) enhances the cutting rates and tool life substantially and reduces the tool cost dramatically. Over the years we have been working extensively in this field of application and have successfully developed products to meet various requirements. We have a range of offerings to cut different colors and optimize the tool life.
