SYNTHETIC DIAMOND

As a new kind of hi-tech product and the most rigid industrial material in the world, synthetic diamond is widely used in the field of metallurgy, oil drilling, mechanical process, instrument, electronics and modern top sciences. For each series, the available sizes are from 30/35 to 325/400, types are from the lowest ZND2110 to the highest ZND2180. CUBIC BORON NITRIDE

CBN is the second hard material, just behind synthetic diamond. It not only has many good features of diamond, but also has the advantages of high thermal stability and chemical stability to iron group. Beside the features of high hardness and impact strength, CBN has good resistance to thermal and chemical attack, so it is widely used in the machining of hard ferrous materials.

There are four types: black CBN110, bright black CBN120, amber CBN210 and brown CBN220, used for resin, vitrified, electroplated and metal bond system and tools.
