SAW BLADES USING GUIDE
- All products we have delivered are up to the customer's quality request and/or relevant inspection standard. You can feel
relieved to use them.
- All our export products are packed in closed wooden pallet to avoid the deformation during transportation, loading and
unloading. The flatness of the saw blade still needs to be checked before welding the segments. If it is deformed, you can
hammer the deformed point at the same place in both sides of the blade with light force.
- When the saw blade is to be stocked for a short time, the best way is by hanging. The saw blades can’t be stocked by
standing inclined so as to keep the saw blades in original conditions. When stocked in horizontal, the saw blade should be
avoid deforming and harming to the surface from the environment such as dust, rain and strong sunlight. Meanwhile, the saw
blade should be filled up with hard base. The size of the base should be larger than the saw blade. It is prohibit t to put
heavy materials on the blades.
- The saw blade can be welded by high frequency or laser. It is not fit to be welded by frame.
- The thickness rate segment to saw blade is usually defined to be 1.2=E=1.23. At this rate you can improve the cutting
quality, tip repeating time and turn-out percentage.
- The steel core can’t be taken off from the welding machine immediately only after the welding. It can be taken off
slightly in two hours and stocked by hanging. For f1600mm saw blade, the hanging time should be more than 10 hours before
it is used in cutting. The cooling of the welded saw blade can be only in natural air, can’t be cooled by water.
- The saw should race in the cutting machine empty for half hour at least before cutting.
- When cutting, the saw blade should be cooled by enough coolant in both sides of the saw blade, coolant quantity in both
side should be same. The coolant pressure is usually =0.2Mpa. We recommend the coolant for your reference as below:
- Before cutting, the segments should be sharpened abundantly. The cutting depth should be decided according the thickness of
the saw blade.
- For thin-type saw blade, the segments should be sharp. The cutting depth can't be over 2mm. The tension should be checked
and adjusted after re-welding the segments every time, not only for single blade, but also for multi blades. The tension is
usually given 1.75-2 times of the standard blade.
