HOW WE OPERATE?
AMS Group buy machines from companies which don't need existing machinery due to bankruptcy, ceasing of operations, or purchase of newer models.
Our trained technicians carry out the dismantling of the machines and the machine is brought to our workshop.
PURCHASE ALTERNATIVES
A. In working conditions
The machine is cleaned/greased/lubricated and tested.In order to prevent certain malfuntcions or breakage's we
repair or substitute defective parts.
A dry test is then carried out on all moving parts, customers may attend this testing.
The main advantage to the customer with this option is the low budget required (20%-25% in comparison to a new machine).
This is of particular advantage to customers in countries with high import duties.
B. Fully reconditioned
Machine is completly dismantled and
- Sandblasted with quartz sand
- Treated with anti-rust primer
- Painted with original color (or other color on request)
- Mechanically milled when required
- Replacement of worn out parts (e.g. ball bearings, cables, etc.)
- Marked at junction points for ease of assembly
- Video recording of all tests, which simulate working operations.

SHIPMENT
Shipped by open-top containers, are fixed to the container by means of steel wire ropes.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
For the majority of machines we have full documentation, such as:
- Foundation drawings
- Electrical drawings
- Instruction manual
One set is supplied with the machine.
INSTALLATION/START UP/TRAINING SERVICE
A technician can be provided on request for the proper installation and start up. This technician we also be able to instruct on the proper use and opertation of the machinery.
