Resin Application Machines are used for reinforcing/resin-coating of slabs.The Resin Application Machines are mainly used for colored calcareous marbles, breccias and other fragile materials To an increasing extent the Resin Application Machine is also used for granites, but here the main aim is to “ improve appearance”, getting greater uniformity of tone and color by filling in the micro –pores between the crystals and the little cavities and holes on the surface. The Resin Application Machine coats the slabs with epoxy/acrylic resins along with the correct additives. When large-scale production is required, the classic, wholly manual operation of the Resin Application Machine is replaced by in-line units for stuccoing-resin-coating. The Resin Application Machine Lines normally consists of a sequence of workstations like: feed roller, dryer, resin-coating zone, furnace(s) for resin polymerization and automatic unloading system. These Resin Application Machine line installations feature large-capacity furnaces so that big volumes of material can be treated.
