Chamfering Machine performs the task of gauging the sides and beveling the corners. The Chamfering Machine removes excess material from the sides. The actual chamfering done by the Chamfering consists of creating bevels of 45˚ on the upper corners of the tiles. Spindles fitted horizontally and at 45˚ on the Chamfering Machine, respectively gauge the side and bevel it. The chamfering machines usually consist of two equal, connected sections with a motorized roller unit between them. The Chamfering Machines have an angular rotation unit for the tiles. The Chamfering Machines are also equipped with a unit that makes grooves on the untreated sides of the tiles.
