 AD Types
Static Always-on banner Ads: Your advertisement will always appear on the AD Bar slot for the time period that you have purchased it for. Flat rate charges are assessed per a designated time period and vary per page location on our website since certain pages are viewed more often by site visitors than others. You know exactly how long your banner will run. Flat Rate banner ads do not rotate and are always visible for that time period. The advertisement bar (AD Bar) on the web site appears vertically on the right hand side of most of the pages. The AD Bar is divided into 3 slots: top, middle, bottom. The AD in the top slot on the page has a higher probability of being noticed than the one on the bottom slot. You have the option of purchasing 1 slot, 2 slots sections, or the entire AD bar on a page.
Rotating Ads: Your advertisement will be part of a pool of advertisements that will appear on that AD Bar slot on the page that you select. For example: If 2 companies buy the top slot on the home page, then each company's AD will be shown at least 50% of the time. A maximum of 3 advertisements will be sold per lot. Thus your advertisement is guaranteed to be displayed at least 33% of the time.
Different Page Types
Advertisement rates vary per page location on the website since certain pages are viewed more often by site visitors than others. Also buyers go to certain pages based on their requirement. Example: A buyer looking for Stone will visit the Stone Product Search Page more often then other sections of the web site.
Home Page: This is the most visited page on the website since it is the default page that is shown to the buyer when the site is opened. Thus the advertisements on this page are going to create greater brand awareness and have an increased chance of getting buyer inquires.
Specific Page: Your advertisement will appear on the specified page, allowing you to target your AD to the specific area of interest. For example, a Monument exporter may position his ad on the 'Monument & Artifact Search Result Page' (the page which is displayed after the search in this section is conducted).
Other Pages: Your advertisement will appear on any page on the site without an option for a specific placement.
